Introduction.
Through this campaign we hero the celebratory characteristics of Gold Label Reserve.
A cluster of luxurious golden balloons surround and suspend the bottle in mid-air.
Each balloon is a contemporary work of art, beautifully glossy and smooth. Playfully creating a deep kaleidoscope of reflection.
Our hero bottle glows, floating amongst layers of beautiful balloons as part of a luxurious and special moment. We tell the liquid stories of the blend; flavour that unfolds in waves of supreme smoothness, honeyed tones, shimmering smokiness and complexity.
The Gold Standard in whisky…
…The Celebration Blend.
The Process.
This project took a lot to put together, from the initial scamping and concepting stage, through to creating moulds of balloons and the beautifully glossy balloons (which no-one was allowed to breath on, let alone touch) themselves. Due to the hugely reflective manner of the balloons, shooting would prove difficult, especially when creating the moodfilm, but Owen and his team worked brilliantly to capture almost every shot in camera.
Check out some of the project development below.
Stills.
After 6 months of hard work, the below shows the final finished visual. I love how you get reflections reflected in more reflections, with the colour getting richer and deeper as it goes. Amazingly all captured in camera by Owen (you can see how difficult this was from my low quality iphone photo above), and with no CGi.
